ELLA KENNEDY (they/them)
Ella is a queer, Asian American adoptee who supports marketing and development at House of Chow. In addition to exploring dance, they also enjoy a variety of creative hobbies such as crafting, scrapbooking, and cosplay.
FIONA TSANG (she/her)
Fiona Tsang is an Asian-American dancer, choreographer, educator, and author. She can’t wait to share the stage with her House of Chow sisters.
HOVIE NGUYEN (she/her)
Hovie is a dancer, dance teacher, and performing artist, who was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At the age of 18, she fell in love with Hip-Hop and street dance and trained immersively in it. What she values the most as a dancer is originality, personality, love for music, and respect for the culture.
IJ CHAN (she/her)
IJ Chan (陳加恩) / SKETCHMONCHAN is a dance artist and educator from Boston, MA. She is a proud Chinese-American with roots in Hong Kong and Southern China and is interested in intersecting and exploring the Asian-American narrative in her own art.
LANGSTON KAHN (he/him)
Langston Kahn is a shamanic practitioner, author and community weaver specializing in radical human transformation, ancestral healing and the restoration of an authentic relationship with our emotions. He stands firmly at the crossroads, his practice informed by somatic modalities, contemporary shamanic traditions, initiations into traditions of the African Diaspora and his helping spirits and ancestors weaving it all together. NIKKI RENOJO (she/her)
Nikki is a long-time street dance practitioner and culture bearer hailing from the Bay Area, CA. She is a forever student of street dance and culture.
SHANNA LIM (she/her)
Shanna Lim is a 2nd generation immigrant and interdisciplinary site specific performance and visual artist whose work is focused on the audience interactive (EI) Emotional Intelligence plain of human connection and shaking the challenges of limited realities. Present research work is an epicentral place holder for parents living in the suffrage of loss.
SHIMOLI SHAH
Shimoli Shah is a versatile dancer with drama at the core of it. She is trained in Indian classical dance forms and street styles such as Waacking which gives her a unique style of her own. She's a performer and her expressions are to watch out for!
YUCHEN JIN (she/her)
Yuchen is a martial artist, aerialist, and pole dancer from Queens, New York. She’s excited to be bringing her martial arts practice to the stage for the first time and is incredibly grateful to be part of such a talented ensemble of dancers.
SIMENG WANG
Simeng Wang is an artist, dancer, and art therapist born and raised in China. She has been working on bringing all three of her passion - art, dance and art therapy - together. It is her mission and dream to bring art’s power into everyday life, letting people experience the freedom and joy born of creativity and self-expression.
